You can get a full refund for any Kriti AI Pro license within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@kritiai.net within 14 days of your purchase or renewal date.
2. Include your order number or the email address you bought with. You don’t need to give a reason.

What happens next

• We refund the full amount to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
• Your license key is deactivated, and Pro stops receiving updates.
• Renewals are covered by the same 14-day window, counted from the renewal date.

What is not covered

Charges from AI providers such as OpenAI, Google or DeepSeek are billed to you by the provider and are not refundable by us.
